To avoid hassles, we highly recommend installing new batteries in every unit during each tenant turnover. If the smoke alarms start chirping AFTER our visit, we cannot guarantee them. We have to charge an additional trip charge.

The severity of the damage can be significantly improved by having a fire extinguisher by the time the fire department arrives.
A security box is installed in the garage for storing remote controls, mailbox keys, fireplace keys, etc., between tenant turnover. Items that frequently get missed during tenant turnover.
More than 150 people in the United States die every year from accidental non-fire-related CO poisoning associated with consumer products, including generators. The highest number of deaths each year occurring in the winter months. We highly recommend installing them for tenant safety.
For approvals regarding the Texas Property Code
We strongly recommend having a maintenance limit. We do not perform any work without approval when approval is needed. Suppose our team can't get a hold of you during the visit. Coming back to the location might require a separate trip charge.
We will only use it as a backup, especially when trying to get approvals to avoid a second trip and being charged an additional trip charge.
